The dashboard starts with a high level view of how the overall conversation is trending on Facebook, with the most popular topic and shared link available to view immediately.
Understand Sentiment Analysis
By layering in Facebook’s sentiment algorithm, you can view how the overall conversation is trending over time in terms of positive, negative, neutral, and the total number of interactions occurring day-to-day.
Track Specific Emotions
Our proprietary Emotional Resonance wheel takes Sentiment to the next level. Visualizing positive and negative sentiment are a staple to social conversation listening. However, understanding if people are actually worried and confused about your product and not enraged gives you insights previously inaccessible in the past.
View Shared Links and Hashtag
Users can view the interactions around each shared link and hashtag as well as gather real-time insights into Twitter users who are also sharing the same links and hashtags. This allows users to discover their target audience using Facebook topic data to then find a similar audience on Twitter.
Discover Insights from Topic Wheel and Word Cloud
The topic wheel visualizes the conversation around your brand, along with the word cloud that allows you to scroll over individual topics to see the number of interactions around each one.
Find Hidden Insights Using Custom Filters
Find hidden insights by easily filtering data by numerous factors. On the left side of the dashboard is a Filter bar with options to filter the aggregated data based on type of sentiment, topics, links, hashtags populated by Facebook topic data as well as by demographics such as location, age, and gender.
Gain Key Demographic Insights
The demographics graphs include key insights on Location, which shows the percentage of interactions per state, one on Age Range showing the percentage of interactions per age group, and one on Gender.
